DMCA Policy

ToolFo respects intellectual property rights. This page explains how copyright owners can report allegedly infringing content and how affected users can submit a counter notice.

Copyright policy

ToolFo provides online creator tools, prompt utilities, image tools, and informational pages. We do not knowingly host or promote content that infringes another person's copyright. If you believe content on ToolFo infringes your copyrighted work, you can send a DMCA notice for review.

Where to send a DMCA notice

Send copyright notices to dmca@toolfo.com. Please use a clear subject line such as "DMCA Notice - ToolFo" so the request can be identified quickly.

Information required in a DMCA notice

To help us review your request, include the following information:

  • Your full legal name, company name if applicable, email address, and contact information.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The exact ToolFo URL where the allegedly infringing content appears.
  • The original source URL or other proof showing your ownership or authorization to act for the copyright owner.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices

If a notice does not include enough information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing page, or the person submitting the request, we may ask for clarification before taking action.

How ToolFo reviews notices

We review notices in good faith and may remove, disable access to, or update content when appropriate. We may also reject notices that appear inaccurate, abusive, incomplete, fraudulent, or unrelated to copyright law.

Counter notices

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to dmca@toolfo.com. A counter notice should include your name, contact information, the removed content URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal was a mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable DMCA rules, and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat infringement

ToolFo may restrict, remove, or block access to content or features when we identify repeated infringement, abusive notices, malicious behavior, or activity that creates legal or safety risk for users and the website.

Trademark and other policy reports

If your concern is about trademark misuse, impersonation, misleading content, harmful activity, or privacy rather than copyright, contact support@toolfo.com with the page URL and a clear explanation.

No legal advice

This policy is provided for informational purposes and does not create legal advice. If you are unsure about your rights or obligations, consider speaking with a qualified legal professional.
